Durum wheat penne

Our durum wheat pasta brings on the table all the genuine flavors of the past. It is only made of durum wheat semolina that we cultivate on our hills with a strictly organic method without any chemicals that would alter food genuineness. Thanks to the bronze drawing and very long drying times, our penne maintain all their characteristics unaltered even after cooking – color, shape and nutritional properties -. Basically, the short and striped pasta shapes maximize their potential with dense and not very homogeneous sauces, such as meat sauce or vegetable sauces.
