Our durum wheat pasta brings on the table all the genuine flavors of the past. It is only made of durum wheat semolina that we cultivate on our hills with a strictly organic method without any chemicals that would alter food genuineness. Thanks to the bronze drawing and very long drying times, our fusilli keep all their characteristics unaltered even after cooking – color, shape and nutritional properties -. In general, short and smooth pasta shapes are perfect with cream or light sauces with fresh tomatoes and vegetables.
